Please note that the following items when you prepare the final manuscript and send it to the secretariat:

1. The dead line for Camera-Ready Manuscript is 1st August, 2001.

Please send

i) Print out of the camera-ready-manuscript and one pair of copy with Ref. Number & Page Number on the right hand shoulder in pencil.

ii) MS-Word's file in diskette or CD

iii) Picture(s) printed in paper if you prefer higher quality in printing

iv) Registration form: The form is available on the website.

v) Transfer of Copyright Agreement: The form(MS-Word file) is available here.

to the secretariat by air-mail.

2. No paper cannot be included in the proceedings without registration fee paid. Please send the registration form together with the manuscript. The registration form is available on the website. Early registration discount is available until 1st August ( 30,000 Japanese Yen). One participant can make maximum two presentations.

3. Format of the camera-ready manuscript is the same as the draft for review. If you prefer higher quality in the proceedings, please send the picture(s) printed in paper. Please note that the color of the proceedings is black & white only.

3. Size of Reduction: 86% for Printing of Proceddings

4. NUMBER OF PAGES: 6, 8 or 10 Pages: even number

5. BLANK IN THE AGE: Upper: 25 mm, Lower: 25 mm, Left: 25 mm, Right: 25 mm

6. FONT & SIZE: Times New Roman & 12points, except of the title of paper (14 points)

7. SPACING: Single spacing

8. FIGURE , PHOTOGRAPH or TABLE: has to be located where it is mentioned in the sentence. Photographs are counted as figures and titled as "Fig. ****." Please have enough space to the sentence as shown in the "INSTRUCTIONS".

9. PICTURES: JPEG or GIF format can be pasted in the draft for review. If you prefer higher quality in the proceedings, please send the picture(s) printed in paper.

10. TITLE OF MANUSCRIPT'S FILE

Please make the title of the manuscript "Reference Number" that has been notified to you.
